DOES MY ORDER COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
If you selected the shipping method with tracking, your order will be tracked
HOW DO I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When you place an order you will be emailed a confirmation receipt. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive another email confirming that your order has been shipped. Be sure to check your junk folder in case you do not receive any emails.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will also receive a tracking number if you selected the shipping method that provides one. Orders that were not placed with tracked shipping will not be tracked and we are not responsible for any lost or non-received parcels.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders that are placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped that same day. Any orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the next day. Any orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped – wait times vary depending on location and the type of service you selected.
Canada – 1-7 business days via Canada Post depending on location within Canada relative to Toronto, Ontario.
USA – 1-2 business days if shipped via DHL and 4-6 business days if shipped via Canada Post.
Worldwide – 1-2 business days if shipped via DHL and 8-12 business days if shipped via Canada Post.
DOES UNAVAILABLE COVER ANY CUSTOMS, DUTIES OR TAXES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?
We are not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on international deliveries. If you are unsure of these charges, contact us and we will clarify for you.
